About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Future Concepts Developer located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support USINDOPACOM to research and analyze military strategies and trends to develop innovative concepts while creating clear written materials, collaborating with teams and leaders to refine ideas, and present concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Incorporate feedback from senior leaders and team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (military experts, subject matter experts, senior leaders).
• Brainstorm, conceptualize, and refine military concepts.
• Develop detailed outlines and plans for concept implementation.
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Understand specific needs and objectives.
• Present and explain military concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Address questions and concerns effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on military strategies, doctrines, and emerging trends to gather relevant information for concept development.
• Analyze and synthesize complex data to create well-informed and effective military concepts tailored to USINDOPACOM’s mission.
• Produce high-quality written materials, including concept papers, reports, presentations, and proposals, that clearly communicate complex military concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and edit written materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Incorporate feedback from senior leaders and team members to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including military experts, subject matter experts, and senior leaders, to brainstorm, conceptualize, and refine military concepts.
• Develop detailed outlines and plans for the implementation of these concepts.
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand their specific needs and objectives.
• Present and explain military concepts in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
