About The Position

Gulfport Behavioral Health System, a UHS facility, is a 92-bed psychiatric hospital offering child, adolescent, adult and military service behavioral health programs and treatment services. The Military Business Development Liaison will join the expanding Marketing Department. This role involves developing and maintaining direct referral relationships with a focus on military installations in designated target markets along the MS Gulf Coast. The liaison will generate desired utilization of the facility’s continuum of care and allow facility management access to the needs of the communities. This position involves travel and may include work on evenings or weekends. The successful candidate must be a Military Veteran with an ability to access military installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field
• Two (2) years’ experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results
• Must be a Veteran with credentials to access military facilities
• Must have a valid driver's license
