About The Position

Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) provide counseling services, preventative in nature, to address and provide solution-focused approaches to issues before they become greater challenges. MFLCs are the first line of defense for military Service Members’ mental health. Counselors may support adults or minors in various assignments, including being embedded with a military unit, supporting military families, or working within a school setting. The Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) model allows counselors to focus on their passion for helping others without administrative burdens like insurance, treatment plans, or progress notes. Reporting is done through intuitive reporting tools. Counselors are assignment-ready and taking an assignment is at their discretion. The need in this location is for Adult Positions, SOCOM Positions, and CYB Positions.
