About The Position

This position is responsible for analyzing military doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and applying this knowledge to the development of training scenarios and systems. The role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in military operations and logistics, liaising with various military units and developers, and ensuring that training environments accurately reflect real-world combat sustainment and Force Projection missions. The analyst will create complex training scenarios and digital representations of logistical hubs for use in advanced training environments.

Requirements

  • The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze AR 700-127 and ADP 4-0 (Sustainment) to ensure training scenarios accurately reflect current Combat Sustainment tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Act as the primary liaison to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and operational units, conducting "Soldier Touchpoints" to validate that virtual trainers meet the Force Projection mission.
  • Create complex training scenarios and "digital twins" of logistical hubs (e.g., ports, railheads) for use in the Synthetic Training Environment (STE).
  • Identify staff operations relative to the deployment and employment of military combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units as they relate to the training and testing.
  • Participate in various materiel developer/combat developer events as a military doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, staff operations, and deployment/employment of combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring the combat developer requirements are understood by the materiel developer throughout the systems acquisition process.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
