As a facilities and engineering professional, you understand that Military Construction (MILCON) processes require the execution of a disciplined process, technical review of proposed projects, detailed facilities data analysis, and close coordination across planning and engineering stakeholders at all levels of the organization. We need an experienced facilities project engineer and subject matter expert (SME) who can apply engineering judgment, analytical rigor, and multidiscipline insight to support the client with MILCON engineering analysis, documentation, and requirements development. On our team, you’ll support engineering assessments by reviewing MILCON and Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC) requirements, validating engineering assumptions, and preparing structured documentation that informs project scoping and prioritization. You’ll help evaluate facility condition information, review multidiscipline engineering inputs and support the development of pre-decisional MILCON documentation packages. You’ll work alongside headquarters, regional commands, Public Works, and installation planning and engineering teams to ensure technical inputs remain accurate, compliant with required standards and codes such as the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and International Building Codes (IBC) and aligned with installation mission requirements. Your engineering expertise, careful analysis, and ability to synthesize technical engineering data will help the client deliver technically sound MILCON and UMMC solutions that strengthen installation readiness. Join us. The world can’t wait.
