We are seeking an experienced Migration Support Engineer to provide onsite execution, validation, and issue-resolution support for a multi-site user and device migration across nine (9) U.S.-based distribution centers. The role is 100% field-based for the duration of the engagement and works in close coordination with a remote migration consultant who runs the centralized cutover activities. You will be the on-the-ground execution resource: walking the floor of each DC, validating that workstations land cleanly in the target Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tenant, and troubleshooting Quest Desktop Update Agent (DUA) issues during scheduled wave cutovers and HyperCare.
