About The Position

The MIG Welder performs MIG welding according to job specifications and quality standards. The role includes interpreting blueprints and templates, using hand and power tools, grinding products as needed, and ensuring finished products pass quality checks. The position receives day-to-day direction from a supervisor. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on first shift. Pay starts at $22.00 per hour, with an adjustment based on experience.

Requirements

• One year of MIG welding experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and templates.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition and subtraction of fractions.
• Ability to kneel, squat, stoop, twist, and stand in place for extended periods.
• Ability to work with products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
