About The Position
TMC Trailers is bringing 28 years of manufacturing experience to the trailer industry and we are looking for leaders. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Mig Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding multiple trailer sizes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, mig welding, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience in production or fabrication welding.
- Understanding basic blueprints.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform trailer assembly according to blueprints and work instructions.
- Build jigs, components, and other products as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair as needed.
- Ensure that trailers meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
