Requirements
- At least two to four years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving loans, term loans and syndicated credit facilities.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Be a member of, or will join, the Washington State Bar, or be licensed in another state and have the immediate ability to waive in by motion.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with financing private equity-backed acquisitions.
- An accounting background and experience.
