About The Position

Community Impact Programs is seeking a passionate Middle School Liaison for the Youth Outreach program. This role supports at-risk students in achieving their potential within the Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD). The program aims to prevent academic failure, dropout, truancy, delinquency, and substance abuse by providing intervention and support services to students and families at assigned middle schools.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related is required.

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and review individual client treatment plans.
Monitor client behavior and school achievement by conducting daily in-school checks.
Organize structured group, individual/family education or treatment, and recreational activities.
Update parents/guardians on client progress and provide problem-solving interactions.
Attend court hearings with client and family as needed.
Provide supervision and support to youth placed in the Summer Youth Employment Program.
