About The Position
Yeshiva Elementary School (YES) is seeking a Middle School English/Language Arts teacher for a part-time position in the boy’s division, beginning August 2026. A YES teacher is dedicated to providing a supportive learning environment, ensuring students receive a well-rounded education and are set up for lifelong success. Founded in 1987, Yeshiva Elementary is a warm & vibrant school dedicated to understanding & nurturing the potential of each child. Our Boy’s Middle School division prides itself on fostering a dynamic and enriching educational environment that caters to the holistic development of each student. We are on a mission to foster a love for learning and a commitment to personal growth. Our small class ratio ensures that each student receives personalized attention fostering a sense of belonging.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Middle School classroom teaching experience
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong content knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Aligned with the mission and values of YES
Nice To Haves
- Educator certification is a plus but not required
