Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of OSAA rules and standards.
• Knowledge of the rules and standards for the sport coaching.
• Knowledge of District Coaches Handbook.
• First Aid/CPR Training.
• NFHS Certified Interscholastic Coaching Course or OSAA Beyond the Scoreboard or ASEP Certification.
• NFHS – Appearance & Performance Enhancing Drugs & Substances.
• NFHS - Concussion Recognition & Management Certificate.
• NFHS - Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
• OSAA- Interrupting & Preventing Discriminatory Acts.
• OSAA - Racial Equity Training.
• NFHS - Annual Heat and Climate Acclimatization Certificate/Training.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience preferred.
