Middle Office Analyst

About The Position

We are seeking a Nashville, Tennessee based Analyst to join our Trade Support/Confirmations Team. Alliance Bernstein Middle Office (ABMO) serves as the primary operational liaison for all AB Trading Desks. The team is responsible for overseeing trades within the relevant order management systems, ensuring they are processed correctly downstream. In the event of any issues, ABMO coordinates solutions with Trading, Compliance, and both internal and external parties to achieve resolution. Additionally, the team manages trade confirmations with brokers and clearers, collateral processing, and the settlements process. The Middle Office Analyst is a key role for our firm, performing various trade support tasks, including trade allocations, rebooking, and confirmation. The analyst will also serve as an escalation contact for any trade settlement issues that arise post-confirmation. The individual will be expected to work as part of a global team and must communicate effectively with various internal and external clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or another relevant discipline.
Experience in Trade Support, working with a team environment with time sensitive deadlines is desired.
