About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Correspondence Processor in Middle Office to accurately and efficiently handle client communications and sensitive client documents within a fast paced financial environment. This is an Analyst role within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. Requirements

  • Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment
  • Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests
  • Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
  • Experience in handling confidential client documentation and correspondence within a financial services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems
  • At least 0-2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Responsibilities

  • Open, scan, index, and client documents using electronic document management systems
  • Handle confidential information and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with a high level of discretion
  • Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
  • Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
  • Maintain and organize sensitive client documentation in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless workflow execution
  • Review and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing correspondence for completeness, consistency, and compliance
  • Assist in the development and improvement of workflow models to enhance process efficiency
  • Provide training or guidance to new team members on procedures and system use as required
  • Utilize workflow automation tools such as PowerBI, Uipath Studio, or Alteryx to streamline processes when applicable
