About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Middle Market Associate Account Manager to join a team. This role involves servicing middle-market accounts with premiums of $150,000 and above, working closely with Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and account retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and experience managing middle-market accounts.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proven experience in managing middle-market accounts within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (specific software experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
- Service and manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with premiums exceeding $150,000.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to address client needs and ensure seamless account management.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the team in achieving business objectives and maintaining high client retention rates.
