About The Position

Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid Software Engineer to join our intel team. The ideal candidate shall work with the Content Presentation team makes data actionable to users by displaying data to analysts in a safe and secure environment. The team develops parsers and displays to convert and enrich data into meaningful intelligence views. This position is for a Java Server Pages (JSP) developer. The developer will be responsible for maintaining a highly-used production system. The developer will work directly with the customer and users to improve user workflows and provide improved capabilities.

Requirements

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
14 years with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related field) or 18 years without the degree.
Experience supporting development and execution of test procedures for software components
Experience generating technical documentation
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
Experience with Git
Experience with Java, C++, or Python
Experience with Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
