About The Position

As a Mid-Senior Structural Engineer, you will start your day immersed in complex industrial projects, engaging with other engineers and designers to develop creative, efficient, and safe structural designs. You'll model and analyze structural systems using advanced CAD and FEA tools, review and develop structural drawings and specifications, and ensure all work meets the highest structural engineering standards and building codes. Each day, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, interact directly with clients to solve unique challenges, and play an active part in taking projects from concept to completion. Your work will also involve contributing to project planning, estimating, and scheduling, all in a vibrant city that offers affordability, quality of life, and a thriving cultural scene. We provide consulting Mechanical, Structural, Process, and Electrical engineering services to industrial clients throughout the United States and Canada. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional structural engineering experience
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality results

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in civil or structural engineering
  • Experience with finite element analysis software or consulting engineering
  • Familiarity in industrial settings (agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, or biofuels)
  • Proficiency with CAD and structural modeling tools
  • Familiarity with reviewing and producing engineering drawings
