We’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our creative team in the Milwaukee region. This role is ideal for a designer with 5+ years of agency or in‑house experience, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines. You’ll develop visually compelling work across brand, digital, social, web, video, and motion, while bringing fresh conceptual thinking and clean execution to every project. Experience using AI‑assisted creative tools is a bonus. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver polished, on‑brand work that drives engagement and elevates the visual identity across all channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional design experience (in‑house or agency).
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Experience designing for digital, social, and web environments.
  • Working knowledge of video editing and basic motion design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem‑solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Web or CMS platforms.
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns or content marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create high‑quality visual assets across brand, print, digital, social, and web.
  • Design multimedia content including video edits, motion graphics, animated visuals, and short‑form content.
  • Support campaign development from concept to delivery with strong visual storytelling.
  • Build, update, and maintain design systems, templates, and brand‑focused deliverables.
  • Translate strategic insights into clear, compelling creative.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure cohesive visual execution across touchpoints.
  • Work efficiently within project management tools and adapt to fast‑paced workflows.
  • Present design rationale and iterate based on feedback.
  • Stay informed on design trends, emerging tech, AI creative tools, and evolving digital formats.
