About The Position

This role focuses on ensuring a safe and efficient work environment through proactive compliance with company policies, legislation, and safety initiatives. The Mid-Range Planner is expected to lead by example, uphold company values, and maintain professionalism. Key responsibilities include designing infrastructure, forecasting equipment and capital needs, and managing tasks within required timeframes. The position also involves active participation in engineering meetings and fostering clear communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Abide by and proactively comply with Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and systems, as well as all relevant legislation.
  • Understand and familiarise oneself with site Emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Display conduct which is aligned with company Core Values, Policies and Procedures.
  • Lead by example and actively participate to achieve department and company goals and objectives.
  • Support and follow all lawful instructions/directives from direct supervisor.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and take responsibility for own conduct and behaviour in the workplace.
  • Ensure good, clear lines of communication between all stakeholders, including the Site Management team, co-workers and contractors.
  • Design infrastructure and forecast equipment and capital.
  • Prioritise and complete tasks accurately as to specifications as assigned by direct supervisor within required timeframes.
  • Proactively identify and address hazards before they arise as issues and attend engineering meetings while offsite.
  • Undertake other duties as lawfully instructed.
  • Be a team player.
