Yoodli is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Leader to build and lead the team responsible for driving the company's fastest-growing segment. This role focuses on the mid-market segment, positioned between the high-velocity SMB motion and the strategic Enterprise motion. The position is a pure leadership role, with the primary responsibility of enhancing the performance of each team member rather than carrying an individual quota. The leader will be responsible for hiring, coaching, forecasting, and operating the team with discipline, while also shaping the playbook to establish mid-market as a repeatable engine for Yoodli. The team will consist of 4-6 Mid-Market Account Executives who manage consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles. Collaboration with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering is expected for landing and expanding high-potential accounts. Partnerships with Enterprise and SMB leaders will be crucial for defining segment handoffs and scaling strategies.
