The Opportunity Minitab is seeking a Mid-Market Manager (MMM) to help drive adoption of our latest solution offerings and support customers on their digital transformation journey. In this role, you’ll be a key member of a virtual account team-selling environment, serving as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers across the mid-market segment ($100M–$1B annual revenue). You’ll own your territory end-to-end—building pipeline, closing deals, and expanding customer relationships through new business, upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewals. Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K+
  • Success in a fast-paced, competitive, consultative sales environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned mid-market accounts and territory
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewal revenue
  • Build strong customer relationships measured by: Customer satisfaction Referenceability Growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model
  • Travel 20–35% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners
