We are looking for a self-driven representative to join our high-performing Business Development team. This role involves being the initial point of contact for HR and L&D personas at 360Learning, qualifying and converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across various industries in the Mid-Market segment to generate pipeline for the sales team. A smaller portion of the time will be dedicated to proactively sourcing opportunities through targeted outbound efforts. The position offers a clear career path towards becoming an Account Executive, Account Manager, or other roles within the company, with onboarding and upskilling provided through 360Learning's LMS.
