As a Business Development Representative at Duetto, you’ll be the first voice hotels, resorts, and casinos hear from us. You’ll combine smart outreach, sharp discovery skills, and AI-powered tooling to build high-quality pipeline across the US market and set our sales team up to win. What makes us different? Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers from the first conversation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpot.
  • A proven ability to stay organised and maintain quality at volume — lots of activity, without losing focus on the outcome.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology — you’ll hit the ground running if you already speak the language.
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment and familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned US regions — through email, phone, social, and events — identifying and qualifying the right opportunities at the right accounts.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads rapidly and with purpose, using structured discovery to qualify need and move prospects forward.
  • Research target accounts, buying centres, and stakeholders to build tailored outreach sequences — leveraging AI-driven tools to sharpen relevance and lift response rates.
  • Set up high-quality first meetings and demos for the sales team, handing over clean context: pain points, stakeholders, and clear next steps.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on territory and account planning, aligning outreach priorities and feeding back market intelligence.
  • Partner with Marketing to share insights from the field and help sharpen messaging and campaign performance over time.
  • Keep CRM and sales engagement tools up to date — accurate data, tracked activity, and clean pipeline progression.
