About The Position

ABA Therapy Partners is looking for a Mid Level Supervisor for supervision and assessments. This role involves providing direct supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Technicians, conducting regular supervision sessions (both in-person at schools and remotely), and building strong relationships with parents to ensure positive collaboration. The supervisor will utilize analytical skills to identify and set goals for individual cases, analyze behavioral data, and develop tailored lesson plans and training materials aligned with school curricula. Collaboration with Clinical Directors, other Supervisors, and Behavior Therapists/RBT Trainers is key to discussing treatment plans and client progress. The position also includes assisting with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill acquisition intake assessments, report development, performing administrative tasks, and providing emergency or crisis support when necessary. Maintaining professionalism and working cooperatively with the clinical team are essential.

Requirements

  • Experience in Schools
  • Must be enrolled and active in a masters program or have a masters degree
  • Has experience ABA supervisory experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
  • Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, and approachable.
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Time management, organization, and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.

  • Analyze behavioral data.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement pertaining to each client.
  • Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
  • Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed.
  • Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
  • Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.
