About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Everett, Washington . . Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 3 : Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals Supports the development and implementation of strategies Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders Develops risk mitigation plan Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 4 : Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities Leads cross-functional process management activities Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 1st shift. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Extensive data manipulation and analysis experience
  • A demonstrated ability to create executive level presentations
  • To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced Level 3: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
  • Senior Level 4: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
