Mid-Level .NET Developer
About The Position
We have an opportunity for a Mid-Level .NET Developer with our client in Houston, TX (Onsite). This will be a possible CTH role so please submit candidates who can convert without sponsorship. The role involves supporting and operating systems, performing analysis and review of open tickets, executing weekly core support activities, and triaging and resolving production issues to ensure system stability. The developer will also provide technical leadership by building architectural diagrams, performing reverse engineering of legacy code, supporting cloud migration activities using AWS Services, leading initiatives to automate day-to-day problems using AI tools, and designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, the role includes managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, integrating Harness for automated deployments, monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline failures, and implementing DevOps best practices. Collaboration and mentorship are also key aspects, including mentoring team members, collaborating with offshore resources, and taking ownership of technical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support & Operations
- Perform analysis and review of open tickets for the team
- Execute weekly core support activities on a rotational basis
- Triage and resolve production issues to ensure system stability
- Technical Leadership
- Build architectural diagrams and perform reverse engineering of legacy code
- Support cloud migration activities using AWS Services (Aurora, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancer)
- Lead initiatives to automate day-to-day problems using AI tools (GitHub Copilot)
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other DevOps tools
- Develop and deploy applications using Docker containers
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability
- DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
- Integrate Harness for automated deployments and pipeline orchestration
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime
- Implement best practices for DevOps, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and deployment
- Collaboration & Mentorship
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate effectively with offshore resources
