About The Position

Carvana, one of the fastest-growing used automotive retailers in U.S. history and a Fortune 500 company, is seeking Mid-Level Parts Associates. This role is crucial for managing the inventory of automotive parts within Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, which are part of their vehicle Reconditioning Centers. Carvana's mission is to provide first-rate vehicles to customers, ensuring quality by inspecting, perfecting, and photographing cars before they are sold. The company emphasizes a customer-first approach, stating they 'won’t sell a car to a customer that we wouldn’t sell to our own Mom.' As a Mid-Level Parts Associate, you will contribute to this mission by ensuring parts are accurately sourced, managed, and accounted for.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
An ability to work while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
