In this position, you will support the life-cycle sustainment and evolution a Navy IETMs for the CAD/PAD systems supporting portfolio of platforms across USN, Joint and FMS communities. Your work will coordination and integrate inputs from program planning personnel, engineers, logisticians, technical authors, OEM personnel, subject matter experts, technologist and operational personnel acting as the primary technical and project support for the IETM’s LEM. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ experience, an Associates in a relevant field as described earlier with at least 8 years’ experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years’ experience. Military Logistics and Fleet Maintenance experience in a rating associated with CADs and/or PADs is highly desired. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and able to qualify for a Security Clearance. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. The ideal candidate will be located within 30 minutes of Patuxent River, MD; or Chesapeake, VA though candidates from all locations will be considered. Able to support multi-week travel, with most travel being of 1 week or less duration with total travel per annum expected to be 20% or less of work time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and well-skilled in identifying issues through observation of military maintenance and content review. Active Security Clearance is a plus. Fleet maintenance experience with CDI or QA certification will be considered relevant experience for this position.
