About The Position

This position with Amentum is to support the United States Central Command J2 Directorate through review of CONOPS associated with USCENTCOM. Your ability to review operation plans will have a significant impact on the ability for USCENTCOM to meet requirements and support units around the globe.

Requirements

  • Minimum ten years of related experience in Central Region AOR.
  • Knowledge of staff action processes and organizational structure of the COCOM and Intelligence Enterprise.
  • Able to create and present verbal briefings, write formal documents, memoranda and emails, prepare professional quality information papers, and script relevant themes pertaining to the Central Region.
  • TS/SCI w/CIP Security Clearance Required

Responsibilities

  • The employee shall staff, compile, and publish Directorate reviews of Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) for USCENTCOM J2.
  • IAW CENTCOM J3 standards published with the release of each individual CONOPS
  • Staff CONOPS for J2 Division coordination within one hour of receipt
  • Compile J2 ghost note within 30 minutes of receipt of last J2 Division input
  • Publish consolidated J2 ghost note at least two hours prior to J3 suspense
