About The Position

The individual selected for this position will build Micro-Electronic sub-assemblies. Working in the Manual cell, using various liquid and sheet epoxies to lay the foundation of every micro-electronics module. On the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including 56C and EPAWSS. As a Microwave Technician on 4th Shift ( Weekend Days ) you will make impacts in the following ways; Fabricate and/or modifies complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions, such as for wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding machines or using an MRSI microwave component automated pick and place machine. Fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of work experience or equivalent experience required in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Wire and ribbon bonding experience
Able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.
Familiar with MIL-STD-883
