Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of wireless telecommunications or other related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and SOW.
  • Solid communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits including but not limited to T1, T3, and microwave radio.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and compliance with the company motor vehicle policy.
  • Understanding of basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and Electricity and Electronics Theory.
  • Acceptance and provision of constructive feedback.
  • Flexibility with ever-changing environments and priorities.
  • Ability to solve problems using creativity and innovation.
  • Self-motivated; exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Basic leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • A two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline, or a Military equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Staying current in technical theory, application, and operational discipline.
  • Taking on technical and project-related efforts, providing communication as directed.
  • Supporting key projects, providing day-to-day updates to Senior Technicians and managers as directed.
  • Collaborating with team members, actively participating in discussions toward achieving results.
  • Supporting the team by contributing 100% as an individual, while prioritizing team success.
  • Heavily scrutinizing actions to ensure the customer experience is protected to the greatest extent feasible.
  • Quickly adapting to change, seeking to understand the whole picture to best adapt.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of theory and application related to RAN.
  • Openly sharing ideas to help gain efficiency, solve problems, or add value to the business.
  • Demonstrating a continuous desire to learn and develop personally and professionally.
  • Having a solid understanding of theory and advanced understanding of applications related to transport.
