The Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer is a critical technical role responsible for the design, development, testing, and enhancement of applications and automated solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Working within a cross-functional agile delivery team, this role involves translating user stories into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring system stability, security, and long-term maintainability. The developer will also contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting to facilitate seamless delivery and user adoption.

Requirements

Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL‑400 or higher).
3+ years of experience as a software developer using object‑oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++), including at least 2 years of direct Java experience.
3+ years of experience working with low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.; direct Microsoft Power Platform experience strongly desired.
3+ years of experience developing on relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB).
3+ years of data modeling experience, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects.
3+ years of experience developing with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
3+ years of experience using JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and working with APIs to support low‑code/no‑code solutions.
3+ years of experience working on agile delivery teams (POs, testers, architects) and performing testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and authoring technical artifacts.
3+ years of experience using Git for branching/merging, code reviews, and pull requests.
2+ years of experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform applications.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional agile teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
Develop customized solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related components.
Design, code, and implement Power Platform applications aligned with business requirements and technical best practices.
Write unit tests and perform due diligence to confirm functionality meets acceptance criteria.
Define development goals, estimates, and timelines to support agile delivery planning.
Test application stability, performance, and functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including bugs and integration problems.
Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users or project teams.
Maintain the integrity and security of application software, including adherence to enterprise standards.
