About The Position

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to join our growing team in support of our federal program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission-critical initiatives. We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of secure, scalable enterprise solutions for a federal government customer. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in Power Platform development, solution architecture, governance, and systems integration.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Power Platform solution architecture expertise.
  • Enterprise application development experience.
  • Systems integration experience.
  • Technical leadership experience.
  • Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, enterprise application development, technical leadership, and systems integration.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Government Agencies, with proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification required.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or a Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident required
  • Ability to successfully pass a federal background check

  • Experience supporting federal programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead technical authority for all Microsoft Power Platform development efforts.
  • Design and oversee end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale applications and business solutions.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, development standards, and best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications, workflows, and automations.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across application development and systems integration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are designed, implemented, and deployed in accordance with client requirements, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Special projects as needed.
