About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Specialty Software Engineer in our Coverage Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology. In this role, you will lead or participate in complex initiatives on selected domains, assure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications, and serve as a technical resource in finding software solutions. You will review and evaluate user needs and determine requirements, provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications, and create test data and conduct interfaces and unit tests. You will design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. You will understand and participate to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. You will conduct research and resolve problems in relation to processes and recommend solutions and process improvements. You will assist other individuals in advanced software development and collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of development experience in Microsoft Power Platform like Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps (canvas and MDA)
  • 4+ years of experience with M365 services especially with automating and integrating Teams and Planner
  • 4+ years of experience working with large scale and multi-tenancy environment of Dynamics CRM and SQL Server

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following Enterprise Pipeline Tools: TFS (Team Foundation Server), GIT, Sonar, Blackduck or other CI/CD tools for Power Platform
  • Strong proficiency in MS Graph API, REST APIs, and JSON
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps
  • Experience in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Financial Services experience
