About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an on-site Power Platform Analyst to support new and existing deployments of its Task Management Tool (TMT). The role requires daily on-site work and has no remote-work option. The analyst serves as the primary customer-site contact, collaborating with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and technical staff to deliver, update, and expand TMT and Power Platform functionality. Experienced Accenture Federal Services specialists in technology, application development, and project management provide on-site and remote support.

Requirements

• Active Secret or interim Secret clearance.
• Ability to work on-site 100% of the time.
• At least 1 year of Power Automate experience.
• At least 1 year of Power BI experience.
• Applicants for US employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to drive end-user processes.
• Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards that provide analytics, metrics, and insights into tasking behavior.
• Provide help desk support and troubleshoot the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 applications connected to TMT.
• Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality.
• Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT.
• Coach customers on change management to support new initiatives.
• Conduct classroom training and provide desk-side support for users and staff.
• Update customer training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare presentations for leadership briefings.
• Test new software builds and lead the customer adoption process.
• Assist technical staff during solution installation with account creation, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Provide administrative support for related tasking processes.
• Work directly with senior leadership, business users, and technical staff as the primary customer-site contact.
