Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or related field, or a college diploma along with 10 years’ recent experience
- Eight (8) years' related Microsoft CRM Dynamics experience in Digital Technology, which includes a minimum of:
- Three (3) years' hands-on experience in analysis and programming using C# .NET, .NET Core, .NET Entity Framework Core, with MS SQL, and integrated environment management tools (such as SQL Server Management Studio).
- Two (2) years’ experience in production application support and maintenance.
- Two (2) years’ experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- MS Dynamics CRM Certifications (PL-600 / MB-400 / MB-200 / PL-500)

- Experienced a migration of MS Dynamics CRM platform to the Cloud
Responsibilities
- Manage the offshore developer team
- Ensure quality of the solutions being delivered and platform stability
- Attend daily scrums
- Supervise / Coordinate the deployments
- Help with any urgencies / tickets
- Synchronize work with the offshore developers and address issues
