This position will be supporting Sales Technology, a technical team within Compass Group, focusing on a multitude of use cases ranging from supporting new business sales, client retention, and operational needs across all Compass Sectors and lines of business. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development Lead is responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integrated business application solutions that support sales, client retention, and operational processes across Compass Group. This role serves as the primary technical coordinator for offshore development resources while remaining actively involved in solution development, integrations, platform administration, and production support. The position works closely with functional analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise technology standards. This role focuses on technical delivery, international development leadership, and coordination. Responsibility for overall solution architecture, platform strategy, and enterprise design governance remains with the team's Technical Leads and Architects.
