As a Microsoft Dynamics generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Microsoft applications. Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Requirements

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules
  • Technical team oversight – productivity, morale, quality reviews, mentoring and collaboration
  • Customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc..., server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies
  • Using Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX
  • Integration development with external systems through REST API’s, with and without middleware.
  • Install, Administer and Deploy for MSCRM applications and solutions, leveraging DevOps practices and tools.
  • Using source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.
  • Using Power apps to build custom applications.
  • Execute data migration either through a migration tool or MS Dynamics features.
  • Integrate with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
