First Choice Health Centers is looking for a skilled Microsoft Cloud Administrator to help maintain and manage our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring our IT environment runs smoothly and securely. The annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud administration with a focus on Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or similar certifications are highly preferred.
  • Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Strong experience with Entra ID / Microsoft Azure services including virtual machines, networking, and Active Directory
  • Intune / Endpoint Manger for device compliance, patching and policy enforcement
  • Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows 365 Cloud PCs
  • Ticketing system experience (Zoho ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, etc.)
  • Basic PowerShell scripting (for automation and reporting)
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT standards (HIPAA, HL7) and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring and management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of on-premises and hybrid environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain M265/Intune/Windows 365/Entra ID environments
  • Mange user lifecycle, licensing and device compliance
  • Support Service Desk tickets (password resets, MFA issues, device troubleshooting)
  • Monitor patching and endpoint health across the organization
  • Document SOPs, onboarding/offboarding checklists and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with IT leadership on small projects, including license audits, SaaS rollouts and policy updates
  • Participate in asset management and IT process improvements
  • Provide first-line support for tier 1 issues assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic end user issues. May require travel to other sites as needed (within East Hartford, Manchester, Vernon area)
