About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable Microsoft 365 (M365) professional to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade collaboration, productivity, and security solutions across the M365 ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing the modern workplace experience using tools such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and the broader Microsoft cloud stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online
• Strong hands-on experience with: Azure AD / Entra ID (identity, access management)
• Experience with M365 administration portals and PowerShell scripting.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance capabilities within M365.
• Experience supporting or leading cloud migrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Purview / Compliance Center
• Experience with Intune / Endpoint Management
• Experience with Teams Voice / Calling
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Microsoft certifications such as: MS-100 / MS-101 (or equivalent), MS-900, AZ-104, SC-300, or related
• Experience working in enterprise environments or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with governance and adoption frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions across core workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams (chat, voice, conferencing), OneDrive for Business
• Administer and maintain the M365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing, and governance.
• Configure and manage security & compliance features (e.g., Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels).
• Support identity and access via Azure AD / Entra ID (SSO, Conditional Access, MFA).
• Lead or contribute to M365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to cloud).
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the M365 platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement automation using PowerShell and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) where applicable.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices for governance, security, and user adoption.
• Provide end-user guidance and contribute to training/documentation efforts.
