Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator with excellent communication skills to deliver innovative capabilities within a large Enterprise. The candidate will be able to identify solutions to automate business process workflow, assist the customer with requirements analysis, and deploy and support solutions scalable for a Large Enterprise. The Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator will report to the Program Manager and work in Service Operations with a team of Developers, Engineers, and Administrators. The candidate must be able to collaborate with the Customer, Project Team, and external stakeholders in supporting the organization's mission and objectives. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills, be able to lead initiatives, projects, and tasks, having expert knowledge of M365, and be able to document, develop, and support solutions within all phases of the Service Lifecycle: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement.
