Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of and experience with development methodologies, protocols, and driving standards into daily practice.
  • Understanding of Information Architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge management disciplines.
  • Experience with the Microsoft security & compliance suite of applications, specifically the Purview tools of Information Protection, DLP, Records Retention, & eDiscovery.
  • Experience in delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365.
  • Experience working with and presenting to clients with excellent written and verbal communications, with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Experience working with global and large M365 tenants.
  • Experience with the some of the following Microsoft and other technologies: Entra PowerShell PnP Azure Microsoft Graph Microsoft Migration Manager 3rd party Migration Tools
  • Experience with implementation concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, testing and documentation of business processes) and in moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience with strong emphasis on architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 Security and Modern Work technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise related GCC and GCCH is desired but not required.
  • Professional Certification such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, CPA or similar strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
  • Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
  • Serve as a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
  • Demonstrate an ability to stay current with Application Architecture best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, architectural and systems engineering industry trends.
  • Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional experiences.
  • Engage in project management and team leadership.
  • Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.
  • Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.
  • Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
  • Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.
  • Establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives.
  • Provide leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
