About The Position

Controlled Contamination Services has been a national provider of facility solutions, technical and decontamination services since 1993, serving clients in the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense, and Aerospace industries. The Micro-cleaner role is critical for ensuring the proper cleaning of cleanroom, controlled environment, and GMP laboratory environments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
  • Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
  • Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines.
  • Continually monitor cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
  • Participate in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
  • Perform detail document control using Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Micro-clean all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
  • Follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail, including documentation.
  • Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).
  • Review changes to cGMP documentation and re-train.
  • Assist in the cross-training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Write simple correspondence.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Perform all other duties as defined by supervisor.
  • Become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
