About The Position
Veracity Ventures Inc. is looking for a driven and experienced Microbiology Section Lab Supervisor to lead our laboratory team in Modesto, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a critical scientific function, guiding both people and processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position is ideal for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with strong clinical microbiology experience, laboratory operations knowledge, quality control/quality assurance experience, and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License
- Strong Clinical Microbiology laboratory experience
- Clinical/hospital laboratory experience
- Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) experience
- Knowledge of CAP and CLIA regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with clinical laboratory procedures and instrumentation
- Experience with instrument operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with specimen handling and processing
- Laboratory supervision/leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, or a related field
