Requirements
- Knowledge of microbiological analysis.
- General knowledge of the applicable regulatory environment including but not limited to ISO13485.
- Diploma in Chemical or Biological technical school.
- Degree in Biology or Chemistry.
- At least 2 years of experience in laboratory, preferably in Medical Devices Industry.
Responsibilities
- Guarantees the execution of microbiological analyzes of bacterial endotoxins on products raw materials and process liquids
- Guarantees the execution of Bioburden microbiological analyzes on products and components
- Guarantees the execution of environmental analyzes of the production areas
- Guarantees the execution of control tests of biological indicators for the compliance of the sterilization process
- Guarantees the correct procedure for the release of the sterilization cycles in accordance with the procedures
- Guarantees the execution of chemical analyzes in accordance with current regulations and in particular toxicological chemical analyzes on raw materials, semi-finished components and finished products, residue tests
- Collaborates in the training of other members of the department on laboratory tests
