Requirements

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated flexibility to participate in various activities and tasks based upon the needs of the department.
Demonstrated track record of dependability and reliability.
Ability to comprehend and train to documents such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to detect and correct process problems.
Working knowledge of desktop computers (Microsoft Work, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook); ability to accurately record production data both in manual form as well as in a computer database (Oracle).
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain proper safety, quality, and inspection standards.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on safety.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
