About The Position

The MHRS Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health and rehabilitation services within the organization. This position is responsible for providing clinical guidance, support, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes. The Clinical Supervisor will develop and implement best practices, monitor compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous professional development. By analyzing clinical data and client feedback, the supervisor will identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance service delivery. Ultimately, this role ensures that clients receive compassionate, evidence-based care that supports their recovery and well-being.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations governing mental health services.
• The MHRS Clinical Supervisor utilizes strong clinical expertise to guide and support staff in delivering effective mental health interventions.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential for fostering a positive team environment and facilitating collaboration across disciplines.
• Analytical skills are applied daily to review clinical data, assess program effectiveness, and implement improvements.
• The ability to navigate regulatory requirements ensures that services meet compliance standards and maintain accreditation.
• Proficiency with technology, such as EHR systems, supports efficient documentation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience working within Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) or similar community-based programs.
• Certification in clinical supervision or advanced training in leadership and management.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision and mentorship to mental health staff, including case reviews and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care plans and ensure integrated service delivery.
