About The Position

Manages a segment of a program or a function. Responsible for the direct supervision/management of the staff. Responsible for providing objective-oriented direction to subordinates utilizing management guidelines & general policies. Other responsibilities include: planning and program performance addressing cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of a work package, subsystem, or related group of work packages on a large system development-type contract or full responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a large delivery order or mid-size technical services-type contract.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience
Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
NNS Apprentice School graduate (may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate (may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience (may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience (may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience (may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience (may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
US Citizenship Required
