About The Position

This job leads strategic program efforts for the organization by effectively managing a set of strategic initiatives leveraging project management, change management, and process improvement core capabilities. Interfaces directly with executive team to drive program strategy and to efficiently achieve project objectives and leads multidisciplinary teams to meet or exceed targeted goals through expert program management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, supply chain, business administration, healthcare administration, project management or related.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Excellent judgment, organization skills, group facilitation skills, decision making, and delegating skills.
  • Ability to be self-directed, work independently, set project priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with physicians, operations, and corporate divisions to drive change in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.
  • Knowledge of M&A synergy identification and tracking, integration management, shared services, and process redesign.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in business administration, public health, accounting, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
  • 5 years of industry or consulting related partnership experience including implementation, divestiture, public health collaboration, or community engagement.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Master Change Agent, AGILE Project Management, or Program Management Professional.

Responsibilities

  • Leads impactful strategic initiatives ensuring program goals are achieved within budgetary, time, and organizational parameters.
  • Leads program communication strategy through clear articulation of ideas to the project team and critical interfacing with senior management.
  • Develops and maintains a consolidated integration project plan highlighting key activities, milestones, and cross-functional interdependencies to drive to a successful integration.
  • Facilitates process design sessions with key stakeholders across every functional area to determine the future integrated processes.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
