The Western Region Consolidated Business Office delivers comprehensive insurance revenue services to our affiliated UHS facilities, encompassing billing, collections, cash posting, pre-access management, variance analysis, and customer service. The Variance Manager oversees the Variance-Debits department, which examines contracts and identifies discrepancies between contract terms and paid claims. The Manager delivers comprehensive training, clear guidance, and essential knowledge to empower the team’s success.
Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory experience with medical contracts and claims.
- High School or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of debit variance.
- Medical claims experience.
- Understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
